Seeing myself with a new set of armor and a lack of dye to go with it, the first thing I will do today is set you up with whatever Juicy Blackberries I get from 100 fields of Well-Tended Blackberries and hope to get 8 or so bottles of the resulting dye. Done and done. I should either send a bunch to the Vault or post a list of what I have in stock. I tend to make new ones as I get materials too.

As an explorer I tend to pick up Wood, Metal and Gems as I run across them but I'm sort of lazy when it comes to trying to keep track of what people need. If you let me know what you need I'll send what I find your way when I find it, just let me know when you dont need anymore so I can send it to the next guy.

I -just- made Master Expert Weaponsmith this afternoon (Thanks again Delaney and Jecii for the Rich Iron donations!) and will be working on Artisan now. If someone wants to send a couple of Pristine Hides my way now and again, I'd -really- appreciate it. I need the hides to make hilts. I don't need a ton of them, just a couple now and again. This tier is going to take forever to master, what with the constant race to grab Dwarf-iron before the next intrepid miner can, and the exorbitant amount of resources required to make one weapon. *sighs and braces herself*. But I'm looking forward to it.

hehe.... Umm... runny please! And thanks.
We should try to organize more pillaging expeditions. Forays into the Trollshaws, for instance. We'll designate who the trip is going to benefit, and at the end of the resource gathering, everything we get goes to that person... For instance, if you needed more Pristine Hides, Zhongo, then we'd transfer those to you when we were done. Whoever was designated to receive Dwarf Ore would get that, Gold to another, and wood to another. And we could switch it up and do it for different people each time, so that way everyone would get to share the wealth.
Or has this already been done? *scratch head* I have ideas sometimes, but maybe you guys have been doing this all along?

I think the phrase should be "swooping in like hungry hobbits." *cower*

no not explicitly but sometimes it works out that way. e.g. If someone says "help me farm x" like yesterday I ran around with Thelonius he wanted ores and I wanted the worms for a deed and to get pages. yeah we need to help each other farm *cough*unyielding drake scales*cough*

The last few days, I've been in more of a "go out and just kill stuff" mood than "do quests" mood, so tonight, feel free to hollar for me and I'll go kill stuff for anyone. (Note: I'm also doing pristine hides, but I'm nearly done with the second anvil, think I need about 300 more points or something like that)

Dye recipes Yunkgar needs:
red dye indigo dye (or whatever uses indigo) (I got rusty dye recipe last night)
Also any extra pristine hides you don't need if you've mastered artisan would be appreciated by Yunkor. I think I just need a few hundred more, Rhav just sent me a ton! thanks!

I'll float some your way as I can spare them, I don't tend to get too many of them unless I'm soloing though. I only need a few here and there to make hilts, so I'll share what I have. I could use some Sturdy Hides though. Shieleth (my Tailor) needs them for boiling into Sturdy Leather, and to finish out Tier 3 Tailoring. I want to master that tier before I even think about doing any more work on Artisan.

I (as Ascahilion) have begun the long, agonizing grind for Grand Poobah Scholar and find myself in the need of:
Neekerbreeker Ichor - Red Dye
Ancient Iron Oxides - Rust Dye
Long Lost Second Age Texts
Undeciphered Moon Letters
I'm more than happy to make scrolls or dyes to order in return.
Thanks

Grendelori - some advice from one who has traveled the long road you are on Not sure what level you are right now, but if you can swing it, the best place to get moon letters is the Bree rep dungeon. It's hard as anything to get neekerbreeker ichor, not worth the time to farm it unless someone specifically wants red dye from you. Ancient Iron Oxides can come quickly if you are, or know, a prospector, but I found it best to save those until after I had grandmastered and made a bunch of black dye to sell (and, cough.. wear). Anyway, if you can hang in the Bree dungeon it's the fastest source of materials. If not, I'd go with the ancient iron oxides. F

Thanks, Freesia I'm currently 42 (almost 43) and I'll stop by the Bree Rep tomorrow....er...today and see if I can swing it. Too bad there isn't a nice spot like the Trollshaws....I found a nice spot there to get Tier 4 items and Elven Rep items. I pounded out Master Artisan in 2 days and added 4k Rep in the same time period. Ah well, can't be too easy

Hey Grendel... (or anyone else) I'm currently working on my Bree rep, so anytime you need help in there, give me a hollar. I'll get you to the nodes, you help me collect the barrow-treasures. Win-win!

42-43 is about the right level, I think. You probably can't solo in there too much, but with as partner you'll be golden.
