www.guildcafe.com/bartle.php It's a personality type indicator test but for gaming. Here is my outcome: SEAK SEAK players are usually very interested in the the 'total experience' of a virtual world--meeting other people and finding the unique places within it. They don't care much for PVP or levelling, but meeting up with online friends to see new parts of the world is usually fun and exciting. Breakdown: Achiever 46.67%, Explorer 53.33%, Killer 13.33%, Socializer 86.67%

(Not the results of a test, just my own interpretations of what I enjoy in games...)
I know we had a thread like this before (glances at Hrafnr) but it's been, uh... mmmm... stuffed into a cupboard somewheres I suppose.

Funny how my score changes everything I play... The problem with this test of course is that I oftern enjoy BOTH of the choices, oftentimes equally as well, so it just depends on my mood at the time... But ran through the test again and came up with...

I do remember that thread, Ony.  But I took the test again, and I don't remember what I scored originally, but here's what I am now... mind you, so many of these questions pertain to MMORPG's where PvP is a main focus that I actually ended up choosing any answer that didn't pertain to PvP. The problem with this test is it is very PvP oriented and we're in a game that really has very little PvP in it.
The author of this test actually said he was surprised that it was still being used because it is so PvP oriented and so many MMOs do not emphasize PvP. Only a couple are purely PvP. He suggested that someone could modify it to make it more in-tune with recent games.

And after I read what "killer" meant, I realized that my killer score should be 0%. I really do NOT care a bit about PVP. So, yeah...An achiever/explorer am I

They love teaming up with people to get to the hard-to-see places, and they relish unique experiences. Breakdown: Achiever 60.00%, Explorer 73.33%, Killer 0.00%, Socializer 66.67% I'm surprised killer was 0% when I'm ranked in the Ettens. Maybe my interpretation of PVP makes it more social, since I find it kinda funny.  |

KSEA players often seek out PVP in a game, but they are looking to socialize with and form alliances with other players who are interested in doing the same. They often seek out guilds or clans that organize formal PVP events, or work on group strategies and tactics.
