This is how I envision things
General Roles
-Recruiting - basic guild invites, I think they should post here before they receive the invite. Anyone too lazy to Ctrl-alt-delete out come here and post on the boards is not someone we would want or would want us.
-Helping Recruits and other guildies, this might just be the ex-boy scout in me but as an officer in all the guilds I have been in...I have felt it was my duty to help those in need...and by help, sometimes it means pointing them towards a resource they were not aware of, and sometimes it means helping them run through quests, if they are having extreme difficulty finding groups...we all have our storylines...however here we are all the good guys.
-Abjudicating - when an immediate problem comes up...ie...racist comments in guild chat (whatever) sometimes a heavy handed/immediate approach is necessary, however it would have to be truly heinous for a /gkick. I would rather most quarrels come before the tribunal.
Now the specific Officers:
1) <title> In charge of silly events, this person will be responsible for arranging or assisting a kin in creating a silly event for the kinship as a whole to participate in at least once a month.
2) <title> In charge of PvMP, will organize a raid or get together at least 5 folks to be monsters in an organized fashion at least once per month.
3) <title> In charge of a organizing a heavy RP event that the entire kinship can participate in, at least once per month.
4) <title> In charge of organizing kinship grouping/raids this will occur at least twice a month and more often as the kinship progresses through levels.
The Tribunal:
Any grievances can be settled via tribunal where three council members or the Kinship Master will sit on a panel to abjudicate the grievance in an RP fashion. Any who are accused are entitled to an advocate, if they cannot find someone, the tribunal will appoint a council member or the kinship master to act on their behalf.
What do you all think?
