Warhammer starts the 18th of Sept. Not for everyone, but some will like...

I read that in order to make the set launch date, they're yanking out four of the six capital cities, as well as four classes, including two that were the prime tanks for their race. Are they really ready to launch?

I agree with Floggin...and unfortunately the NDA keeps me from further comment. btw I will be in the Old Timers Guild (some of you may remember them from LOTRO beta) there if anyone ever wants to find me with my main name being Zashynn

I'm excited to try it out, and will do so after a few more months of "polish".

Heh, didn't even think about the NDA, because I wasn't really trying to dig for information. I don't know much about the game, and I'm not even sure I'd be interested in it. The biggest thing it has going for it is that there may be several friends playing there. In any case, I agree with Onyxblade - I think I'll wait and see how it shakes down. I've heard from some former kinmates that the AoC servers are hemorrhaging players at this point. Apparently the ideas were solid, the first part looked great in Beta, but the overall development was nowhere near finished at launch. *shrug* Me, I'm waiting for Moria.

And just a reminder Zhongo.. Your invitation to come visit us in Middle-Earth still stands! Besides us missing your company, Wencyn misses his daddy!

If Mythic is true to form, it will be a polished game, if incomplete, at launch. What scares me is how they "upgrade". Every time Dark Age of Camelot was updated with new content, it got worse. Great game at launch, but they broke it consistently from patch to patch. With Warhammer being an even more pvp-centric game, the possibilities for broken-ness are endless F

Hi all,
I'm still kicking. I've been playing Warcraft lately - although on a rather casual basis (no raiding or arenas). I will probably give warhammer a try somewhere down the road, but I'm in no rush.
Zhongo, TOG had a great group in Pirates of the Buring Sea too. I wasn't a part of it, but I saw the very end of their run as servers were reduced. Have fun in Warhammer.
