As for the Undead in general you've already heard the best strategy. Once they aggro pull them down the steps and you won't get more adds until you move back up and trigger the next wave. It's easily manageable after the first huge assault (they come in 4s after that) and they stop after 3-4 extra waves. A LM with Tar and an Undead Circle helps.

Keep a minstrel under the bridge for rezzes for those bounced off the bridge... if you're about to die.. .jump off the bridge ... get rezzed ... run back up and into the fray...

Sounds like you have the right strat in mind for next time. The burning limrafns have damage reflection so do not AoE them, you will kill yourself (especially a champion who crits). Focus fire on one at a time, take 'em down quick so they don't overwhelm the group, healers need to really take care of the DPS classes here, and Fire Mitigation will also help. They are considered The Dead so riddles, minstrel mez/fear, bane-flare, and Warding Lore can come in handy if needed. Usually we just target assist and make sure everyone stays healed.

Kill the big D first, make sure to keep him addled and interrupt him if he starts channeling, he does the same kind of fire magic that the other Men of Mordor do (OE boss, etc) and again fire mitigation really helps. Someone needs to keep Valandil busy and away from the minstrel (we usually let a hunter kite him) and remember when you take him down he's got the Protection buff so use Westernesse or Light damage if possible. Be ready to heal yourself with food, pots, items, & skills... a minstrel will probably have a tough time keeping everyone healthy so captain and LM will have to help out too.

would like to add, champs clobber Dolvaethor!
He has an animation before he is about to throw his freakin fire. Look for him to "gather a ball of flames near his chest' then interrupt his fire butt with clobber.

For the limrafns, just have every class but the minstrel (since he'll be healing) attack one at a time so the damage taken is evened out. Make sure your fellows do not do any high damage things like HS and tell captains to be careful with DB (cause of the crit) and do not let your champs do AoEs. For Valandil/Dolvaethor, always kill Dolvaethor first and have someone like a champ or burg run around and play with Valandil. Also for Valandil you want to try to use Westernesse damage as other damage types can be absorbed

oh... and have wound and disease potions with you... nasty nasty nasty stuff in there
