I got from an ordinary drop a captain's 2nd age emblem lvl 55, its legacies are:-
-5 Rallying cry cooldown,
-245 Battle shout target resist rating,
-2 Threatening Shout cooldown.
If any captain wants it i am selling at 5g, or tradeing for similiar LI for minstrel or hunter.
Also be interested to find if the legacies are any good as my capt is still a teenager:-)
