I had an idea to create a character to knock around with all the new runekeepers and wardens. My idea was to create Bounder Zoot. What class do you think makes a good hobbit bounder?
I am leaning towards burglar (inspector) or hunter, but maybe a club wielding guardian would do the trick if I created a bounder outfit rather than heavy armor?

I'm not sure about the rp implications, but I will say that the Pillagers could use a few more Burglers!

You could use either a burglar or guardian for that, Zib. Both classes can wield clubs! As long as you have the stylish Bounders Hat, you'll be just fine. But since you already have Broma, and I'm SURE you relish the idea of leveling up a 2nd guardian... why not try a burglar?

Burglars are awesome! Not that I'm biased ...

I think as long as you're a hobbit, I don't think the class matters so much.

I think either a Warden for civic bounding or a Hunter for bounding in the wild!

Huh, I did not know that hobbits could be wardens. Nor did I know they could use anything other than spear. A hobbit with a club and shield sounds goofy - like something a Zoot would do. I will have to think about that and maybe do a little reading on wardens.

If I recall... Only Dwarves can't be wardens and only Dwarves and Elves can be Rune-Keepers.

Roka is a bounder... he is a burglar. Good to hear the feedback that it makes sense Now if we can just get our burglar butts to 20 so we can outfit up! Any ideas for a good postwoman outfit lol?

Lorenia,
I agree about getting to 20 and outfits - I keep switching in and out of my bounder's tunic. Tunic for around town and vest for action.
I would think the quickpost does not want to get recognized by nosey hobbits, so they probably would not wear a uniform. Perhaps one of the 'normal' street clothing sets. You can go fancier or more casual depending on your hobbit's personal wealth.
As to my bounder, my preference changes almost hourly. Warden has some neat tricks like the forced march and probably great solo ability. But I just don't like hobbits with shields and there will be plenty of wardens come Tuesday. And who doesn't like fellowship maneuvers? I will probably come to a decision by next weekend after I get to try warden.

Good news on this, as of Moria, if you have at least one character level 20 or higher that can use outfits on your account, if you login with that character, it unlocks outfits for ALL of the characters on that account regardless of level!!! ;D
