Is Fornost the level 40ish instance? If so, is it worth tracking down the quests and trying to get a group together?

I'm still a new recruit but I would love to run fornost at least ONCE on one of my characters. Here is what I know: - Most of the quests I've seen are between 36-42, but obviously there may be more after those that are higher. I think it's safe to say level 40-45 in fact I've seen LFF for fornost that say 40+. - I've also heard the entire thing can take 5-6 hours or more. If it's like Dol Dinen where you can do parts and then come back, doing a bit each time, then maybe 3-4 trips of a few hours each (max). I definitely be up for that somewhere along the line. I am just short of L41 and I'm a lore-master.

As I recall, there's a couple basic paths to take, each has one or a couple quests along it. It won't raid-lock, so it's not like the second time you go in some of the stuff is still cleared... But it doesn't take that much work to get in the front door.
I believe there's ways to "skip" some parts of it, if you can get a door or two open from the "outside", but I don't recall how to make that happen.

OBJ,
At this point, it is my 'parked' minstrel that is in range for these quests. And since Katarnus is actually trying to advance Spiffy (his minstrel), I will let him take up healing duties for any group headed into Fornost. If he isn't available, or if you need to fill out a group, then I can bring my minstrel.
If you would like to get a group together for the instance, it generally works best to post a discussion on the forums about your interest and see who else wants to go. We have a lot of folks in your level range right now - Spiffy, Enyra, Yeasu, Siboney, Charx, Irrean and Delaney's Captain all come readily to mind.
You can propose a few times, you might be able to get a kin group together to head into the place. You don't need to post in character if you don't want to. Also, Tuesday and Wednesday nights 8PM or later seem to be popular as are Saturday and Sunday.

One additional question though... sometimes I like to use a map in the really big instances, especially if they take more than a few hours. Should I just mention that in the post or is that offf limits here? Or is it up to those going?

Missa soloed a good part of it the other night. No one would join her. :-( She only died once and ran out twice. Got to the room with the levers and the boss in there was a little too much for her. I was doing it for Est rep, which is FINALLY ally, so it's good for all levels, even if it's below your level. And it starts being good in the mid-upper 30s.
