Anyone else having issues posting to the site? I made a nice in-character event write-up and then went to post it and got some message that I could not connect the database. Then lost the post. I'm out of time today so I'll have to recreate the post later.

I had the same issue, although I had 1 post go thru although it "timed out", and I thought it was lost.

I'm out of time today so I'll have to recreate the post later. One time yesterday I had the site go blank on me (after clicking a forum) but that's the extent of it. That could have been anything though I guess. Past experience tells me to alway copy to clipboard long posts before clicking submit... of course I never do that... I just think about it afterward

For me this site has worked flawlessly. Next time the problem happens try the following things as they are some of the most common causes to website interface issues:
- delete all cookies - delete all temporary files - close all browsers - open browser and try again - if this fails makesure you have the lastest browser version.

And, of course, if you're posting something of any reasonable length, I suggest writing it out in a word processor first and then if the post fails you can copy/paste again. I do this with at least all of my backgrounds. Alternately, copy the message text before hitting the post button so if something fails you can cram it in a .txt file for when the forums are working again.
